Push-back Pallet Racking

Colby Push-back Pallet Racking provides high density storage where pallets are stored 2, 3 and 4 deep. Using a forklift, goods are pushed back on inclined rails mounted inside the pallet racking. As a pallet is withdrawn, the one behind automatically slides forward to the front position in the racking. Push-back pallet racking is an excellent system, providing dense storage for your warehouse with many features of a selective system.

Pallet Live Storage (PLS)

Unlike other Non-Selective pallet racking systems, Pallet Live Storage is based on the principle of first in, first out. Pallets are loaded into the rear of the racking and gently roll forward on steel or rubber wheels to the front position. This makes PLS ideal in situations where stock rotation is important. PLS can also be incorporated into the lower levels of regular Selective pallet racking or Double Deep pallet racking, creating a ground level picking area with automatic replenishment.

Pallet Runner

The Dematic Pallet Runner is available for use in specially designed Colby pallet racking. With the capability to run up and down lanes retrieving pallets and bringing a back pallet load to the front, the Pallet Runner makes your storage system denser and more efficient. Forklift drivers can do other things while Pallet Runner is doing its thing. Pallet Runner applications are also ideal in buffering stock at shipping docks, prior to truck loading.
